On FTTC, about 800m from the cabinet. Flaky connection issue recently resolved (Engineer traced the issue to a fault at the cabinet) , but now looks like my line is banded.
Stats from my router:

| Max Rate (kbps) | 11127 | 57159 |
| SNR Margin (dB) | 6.3 | 7.4 |
| Line Attenuation (dB) | 7.8 | 17.7 |
| Errors (pkts) | 5 | 0 |
The downstream sync is suspicious, compared to the max rate figure, isn't it? I also believe that the banding is indicated by the current rate showing a value ending in 999, AICBW (I frequently am...)
Thoughts welcome.

Yup, @Jaggies You have been banded, due to your earlier issues. Maybe asking PN to do a line reset will resolve it.

My first take here that you’ve been provisioned on 40/10 but the 11+ US somewhat refutes that.
AIUI getting a DLM reset on VDSL is not as easy as it used to be. You could be faced with waiting for automatic adjustment over three weeks.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
