What's the point of asking exactly the same questions over and over again, on different threads? It doesn't seem to be getting you anywhere...

I am over 90 and struggle with this stuff   My e mail has gotten  slower and slower  regards text messages     the ones sent want me to log in or download I justt want to  tell Plusnet without the long phone wait../ I have previously had help here but no one wants to now  see my previous  mails
