I just wanted to post this say THANK YOU to all at plusnet! i have been with them for 1 year now, and they have been great to deal with, very responsive. they have a very friendly manner on the phone, and the forum help is excellent!
i was thinking of moving over to BT for their fibre, for the unlimited usage, but their customer serivice is terrible, so Im staying with Plusnet!
Anyway, just wanted to say all that!
