checking past usage

Why can't you get a detailed check of past usage, I had usage showing even though I was not in the country. Any help

If it was last Thursdayoff peak, it may be down to maintenance by PN. Apparently no charge for that bandwidth.

it was in July's usage and apparently no one can check past usage, seems rubbish to me.

We can tell you how much data you used per hour normally, but we can't break it down further than that historically.
