What is the definition of 24 working hours as used by Plusnet
1 x 24 hour day
2 x 12 hour days
3 x 8 hour days
or
we will update when it suits us

3x8 hour days when the person assigned to your case and their manager are both in at the same time (excluding weekends and overtime)

I don't like 'working hours' being used really, when we say 24 working hours we normally mean the next working day.
