It is evident that this third party is incapable of doing the job proficiently and is thereby causing PlusNET major embarrassment. At what level of PlusNET management is this issue being tackled - CEO or the office tea boy? Such a process also has real costs to PlusNET which ultimately users pay for; what is being done to eliminate / avoid the issue going forward? Would it not be simpler to offer attractive up front discounts on the monthly charge on a longer contract than to suffer the cost and embarrassment of a problematic Cashback deal, to say nothing of the impact on cash flow?
Cashback simply makes no commercial sense especially when it generates the level of negativity seen across the forums.

@choo - I wouldn't worry about it at the moment as the ticket all seems correct and it's well within the advised lead time. You don't need to do anything else, but if you haven't received the cheque within the advised time frame, please do let me know.
@ken gower - Welcome to the forums, sounds like a pleasant surprise to find in your mail ;D, glad to hear your cheque arrived.
@patriciar - I'm sorry to see the lack of updates previously when the ticket was put back on hold last week with no customer facing comments :-[. I'll be providing feedback to that agent and I'm now moving the ticket with the other cashback queries I'm chasing. I hope to be able to get an update later this week, but I can assure you that I'll push for updates as soon as possible.

My Topcashback of 78.50 has been declined. I've claimed it, why it was rejected? when I could recieve the confirmation?

@subamarillo88 - As the cashback you're referring to is through TopCashback, I believe you'll need to do the following if they've declined it:
- Go to the TopCashBack website and log into your TopCashBack account.
- Select 'Account', which can be found toward the top right of the website.
- Click on 'Customer care'.
- Select the 'View or lodge a claim' option.
You must ensure that you provide your Plusnet username and ensure that all information matches the information which we hold for you.
If they've given you a reason as to why they've declined it, feel free to let me know what the reason was and I'll see if I've missed anything or if there's anything else you'll need to do.

Could you check my account, I never got an email either... I had to sign up through the phone because online kept rejecting payment for some unknown reason.

The offer code on your account isn't a cashback one, most likely due to signing up over the phone as the cashback deals were online only at that point.
