Sneaky thought
If however the recorded usage you can see is more than 10GB  ::)

If we've recorded you going over 10GB on reliable data, that will stand. :)

Re: View my Usage - Has it stopped working?

Hang on, now we are getting unclear again.
That is NOT what you just said in reply to my post.
If you've recorded >10GB or if you have recorded and displayed > 10GB?
The issue here is about customers who are unable to manage their own usage because PN is unable make the correct information available to them,
If you are going to charge for going over the limit if the customer is unable to see that they are in danger of doing so because of a fault with PN's systems, that is entirely unreasonable and unacceptable.

If we haven't displayed it then it wouldn't count.
We don't want to be charging you for usage you couldn't have controlled.

Re: View my Usage - Has it stopped working?

Since it was my post which generated the reply
To be very clear
If the recorded usage which can be seen by the customer exceeds the  limit then they will be charged
If the recorded usage which can be seen by the customer doesn't exceed the limit then they won't be
Edit - I didn't see Kelly's last post before writing this

Re: View my Usage - Has it stopped working?

This information needs to be somewhere prominent rather than hidden away on the community boards (which not everybody uses).
PN are "looking at" putting a note on the VMBU page to advise, but apparently their change systems are so complex it will probably be fixed before they get round to it (I'd have a word with whoever designed the change systems, because they clearly have a grossly inflated overhead even for simple tasks)
BUT ... PN already have a perfectly serviceable protocol for communicating problems - Service Status Notices; but this problem is not appearing in the SS page either ...

Service Status now up:

Sorry to disappoint you but mine is still showing 0KB.  So, it seems it is NOT up for everyone.  :(
Many regards.

That's what the Service Status explains.

Even if VMBU displays the correct usage and they have gone over the allowance, if they have not been sent the 80% email they should not be charged.
