Very disappointed

:)Hi we joined Plusnet at the end on December having seen the comparisons on Martin Lewis, part of the package was £75 cheques for joining have not heard anything is this automatic or do I have to enquire.

Very disappointed

When we joined at the end of December we were told we would be notified if our phone number was going to change, we received no communication at all. When an engineer turned up out of the blue, 2 weeks early the card he left informed us that our phone number had changed.
Also when will we hear about our cashback please.

Hi veralady,
I'm sorry to hear of your disappointing experience. I'll send off a chaser for the cashback for you shortly. Are you able to clarify whether this was for the Amazon e-voucher, or for the physical cheque? I am presuming it's the latter, but I want to be sure.
As for the number; did you migrate over to us from Virgin Media? I am aware that we installed a new line at your property. I could have a look into seeing if the old number is available if you like? Let me know if I can be of any help.

I had a feeling you'd say that, so I actually placed the order yesterday.
As we are bringing the number over from outside of the BT network, it usually takes a little longer than the standard 24 hours. Nine days to be precise. But the good news is that the order has been accepted and is progressing fine.
