BT Sport activation issues

Hello All
Has anyone else had issues with activating BT Sport?
Mine got activated yesterday BUT only the standard definition channels got activated.
The email from Plusnet I recieved stated that the HD channels should be active on 413 and 414 etc. However, these channels are only standard definition and the HD channels on 426 and 427 aren't active.
I've reported it to Plusnet but they can only "send a ticket" to the appropriate department and it takes 3 working days to get a reply.
Hopefully it'll be sorted in time for the rugby at the weekend.

We can let it time out after two weeks (useful in case there is any further problems), or I/you can close it now if you like?
