Referral discount calculation changed yet again!

Hi folks,
I've seen some threads suggesting that the back payments are getting processed, not that I gave been able to discern that on my account.  Can we have an authoritative status update on referrals please?
Fix of the original problem
Payment of historic under payments
Referral values shown on referrals list not matching what is being paid
Other issues identified during the investigations - what are they and forecast fix dates
How do we see the balance of referral values which are greater than the subscription charges
The role of vat in respected if referred business accounts - at least address the inconsistency between bb and voice packages
Can we please have Scott back on this issue?
Note I have an outstanding PM with Chris Purvey on this subject.

I'm liaising with Scott on this, unfortunately he is working on other projects at the minute so his hands are slightly tied.
Some back payments have been processed but not all of them yet.
I'll get an answer to all of your questions and post back here once I've got them, I'm working through some of the issues you've mentioned to get resolved as I write this.

I can't believe that this still hasn't been sorted.  Any update on when we can expect the back payments?

Perhaps we should send the debt collector round to get the money for us just as PlusNet would do if we owed them money.

Apologies for the wait on this, it's been identifying the accounts that has been the issue. I have made leeway on this and I'll be seeing this through to resolution.
I should be able to provide an update every Wednesday regarding referrals.
I understand your frustration and I'm pushing to get this resolved as soon as possible for everyone.

Not a good sign I would have hoped that you would have been making headway not drifting sideways  or should it be

Yep.
Someone opened a window at PN towers and blew all the pieces of paper with the calculations on all over the place and they're having to start from scratch.
Because that's what the impression of how this 'fix' is being implemented that I'm getting.

It is nearly a month since you were working your way through the issues - what did you find?  Also yesterday was the second Wednesday since you suggested that an update should be available every Wednesday.

Did your digging unearth gold, or was "a dig tomorrow" like "free beer tomorrow" as in "tomorrow never comes"?

I do not want to appear rude or pushy, but resolution / updates / answers to specific questions both in this thread and my PMs have been promised for a long time and have yet to be progressed.  It really is time these issues were at least recognised, with some firm dates for resolution.  Users have been very patient for a fairly long time now.

Thank you for the prompt catch.  If Chris is out "today" an answer today is not essential, just so long as there is someone working on this and promises to investigate and update are fulfilled within the expectations set by the reponses provided, without the need for pokes with sharp sticks from the users.

As Chris is unavailable I've been in touch with the people working on this and have read through the problem notes (lots of problem notes!). I'm waiting for a full answer from the developers, but the latest updates on the problem are promising in that a script is nearly finished to identify *all* the remaining customers who are owed referrals.
I'll let you know when I get anything back from the team working on this,.
