If Plusnet now only sell unlimited broadband, why on the usage page, is there a Off-peak slot?

If for no other reason, there are people on legacy measured tariffs who get free usage midnight until 8am.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi Timalay,
Townman pretty much has it spot on. There are still a number of customers who still use older products which have a usage cap, which is why we haven't updated it yet.

I like having information also, even if I'm on unlimited. It just pointless to have the two split up to me. But I can see the point people are making.
