Moaners and Groaners Take Note!

This morning I had the need to phone plusnet with a concern.
I was connected straight away to a very very pleasant person called   Steve in  technical support.
He listened very carefully to what I said, he used the typetalk connection system correctly and he fully empathised with my conundrum.
He immediately provided me with a superb solution to my problem.

Without fear of contradiction, this was plusnet at its very very best and if thats the sort of service that I get from plusnet then i fail to understand why there are so many gripes on this forum about the company.
Steve....you made my day.
I truly wish it was within my powers to have you fast tracked to chief executive officer.

I'll make sure that this gets passed on to Steve via his manager.
Worth considering though, if he was CEO, he wouldn't have been able to have spoken to you this morning

it is never a good idea to underestimate my powers.lol    if i wanted to speak to the ceo.....that would not be a problem.
Its people like steve and YOU  who do plusnet so much credit.
