Good service...

Credit where its due and had to mention a chap who made me stay with plusnet, just when i had enough with them....
3 whole weeks and no broadband and passed from pillar to post and I HAD enough - but just before i told them where to go I was passed to a chap called [removed]  He stuck with my case and made contact with me virtually everyday with updates...
Now on-line and yes it took too long, but thanks to mark I am still a Plusnet customer!
