So I had "two" tickets open with Plusnet regarding issues on the gateways and yesterday I received a less than helpful and generic response on one of them... I waited until this morning to view and reply to the ticket but it and the other ticket that accompanied it have disappeared!
I have check closed tickets for the whole time I've been a customer but nothing... now only 4 tickets remain open on my account and they are all for Plusnet TV which they can be assured I won't be ordering.
Both tickets had replies on them within the last 14 days and no notice of them being closed was given... in fact the one was still an open complaint ticket which had just been replied to by Chris Parr....
Considering the nature of the tickets basically being Plusnet not delivering on their promise and broken agreement's and mis-sold service then I think this is a very serious matter...
However I have manged to view one of the tickets in question by modifying a url from another ticket, I've also replied to the ticket though I'm skeptical about getting a response and might need to involve some higher powers if this is the way Plusnet are going to act on a "complaints" ticket.

Ooops! Turns out that for some reason yesterday 2 new tickets where created on my account for interest in TV service (so 4 in total  Shocked ) closed tickets and reveiled other's, thanks for those that assisted!  Lips_are_sealed

Ah, there is a limit to the number of open tickets - it's 4. So the other may have been closed, but the notification you received about a response to it should have made that clear.
When looking for closed tickets, the date range needs to include the date you opened the ticket, not the date it closed. Other than that, if it's not closed, but you found it, maybe it's hidden in some way because you have more than 4?

As I said, I have check closed tickets and they're not there either?
check from Jan to Today!

As I previously pointed out, it is best to avoid duplicate tickets on the same matter as it avoids confusion such as this.
It's quite clear that you've responded to Chris Parr's response - I cannot see why you couldn't see the ticket initially. We will address your reply in due course.

This isn't a duplicate ticket issue, both tickets had different topics thought eventually I was told to add the issues from one ticket to the complaints ticket...
Note I have been in touch by phone and the tickets cannot be located there either... unless the ticket number is searched for it then can be found...

Anyway I feel I'm wasting my time here and I'm already in the progress of having another line activated (dedicated) to serve other purposes....
What happens with this connection is yet not clear but I can assure you that Plusnet have let their reputation and customers down and the thoughts of bringing anymore connections across (as planned) have sure been banished...
The attitude/vibe I'm getting from PLusnet currently stinks and is only progressing the same way as before my move top Plusnet....
PS. Get your web admins to sort website out as it is currently misselling products! and depending on todays outcome I will be informing ASA too!

I'm not sure what justification you have for making such an assumption. Plenty of people have friends and family whose accounts they look after and would recommend moving between appropriate providers for the most appropriate deal.
