Faulty route

I had problems with the original router I was sent. I now have the replacement that worked fine immediately on plugging it in. Does the old one have to be returned? I tried asking Jess but just got an nonsensical irrelevant answer.

Re: Faulty route

If they didn't send a return bag then you do nothing until they do

Re: Faulty route

Hi JohnCT.
I'll send you a bag out shortly. You don't have to send it back, but if you do we'll dispose of it as per these regulations

Grin  Thank you for leaping to my rescue JohnCT....  Matty and I are neighbours and I suspect he would have enjoyed the peace and quiet if I was disposed of too  Wink
