Not very impressed

Reported a noisy phone line on 18 Oct. Got a "cut & paste" reply on 20 Oct to which I replied almost immediately.
Still waiting for a response. Ticket 93276103 refers.

Sorry for the delayed response, your engineer is booked for Tuesday. All confirmed on 93276103.
Feel free to keep us posted on this thread for an outcome, as I'd like to know what happens.

Today's the day and I am patiently waiting for Openreach to turn up (8am - 1om slot).

edit:  The Openreach engineer arrived at 1120am but unfortunately the fault wasn't apparent.

If the engineer didn't find the fault does that mean that the noise has gone or is it still present? If this issue is present at all times I'm confused as to why the engineer couldn't find it  Undecided

I seemed to clear a day ago! The engineer thought it may be "damp related", we've had a few dry days down south so suppose will have to wait & see.
Will you close the ticket or shall I?

I've escalated the ticket back to you and it will remain open with you for the next 14 days should any further issues arise you can comment back on the ticket. After 14 days the ticket will close automatically.
Fingers crossed for no further issues!  Cool
