Cancellation - appalling delay and inefficiency

I was given this phone number to cancel my mobile account 0800 328 4623,

When it was eventually answered it turns out it was the broadband cancellations who were supposed to transfer me to the mobile cancellations

After another long wait they answered but it wasn't the cancellation team so I am now waiting at length for the cancellations team to answer

Eventually they answered and the 30 day notice has started

The information I was asked for wasn't advised in advance which caused another delay (bank account partial details and account number - the one I had which was used to login as the user name wasn't accepted)

Frankly the whole system stinks

Re: Cancellation - appalling delay and inefficiency

@LouisaMartin,

Are the mobile team looking at the feedback board?

@PlusnetLiam

Is there merit in signposting MOBILE FEEDBACK on the forums to a different board ... or should I just be left here for the core team to field?
