BT Smart Talk equivalent

So BT have an app (both Android and IOS) where you can use your fixed line calling plan from your mobile phone. It is called BT Smart Talk.

When is PlusNet going to do something similar and what will it be?
PlusNet dropped its wifi tie-up some time ago. Surely now it is time to help PlusNet's mobile users too?
