after having the day off work waiting for an engineer to arrive i decided to phone and find out why the router hadn't been dispatched. spoke to one person who was helpful and has dispatched it for me, after speaking to another operator i asked to find out if the engineer was coming today, but i was told that when i booked online it had not gone through properly and no engineer would coming (even tho i had an e-mail confirming it). i have been told i will receive a phone call in the next 24 hours. fingers crossed. i cannot fault the customer service as they have always been helpful and one of the main reasons im still here 8 years on. just hope i dont have to wait to long and lose more time at work.
