I’m pleased to tell you that our network is now performing well following the upgrades carried out this week by our network team. As I posted last week, we had a hardware failure on one of our gateways which contributed heavily towards the congestion being felt by some of our customers at peak periods.  This gateway has now been completely rebuilt, more central capacity has been brought online and load balancing has significantly improved the way that the network operates.  You can read a full summary of the week’s network upgrades here. We are monitoring the situation very closely and will of course continue keep you updated at Service Status. Anthony, Thanks for the update. Things have felt a bit perkier over here. Looking forward to seeing the remaining tweaks & updates put in place, that will hopefully put this episode well behind us! Mike
