Wifi extenders

I live in a 3 storey house. My plusnet router is downstairs and upstairs is connected by wiring from the router which go around the outside of the house and then into one of the bedrooms. Consequently my boadband is fine both upstairs and downstairs. However it is hopeless on the main floor (the middle floor) . What Wifi extender would you recommend to sort out the unstable broadband signal on the main floor?

Re: Wifi extenders

Had a similar problem with thick walls between Router and TV and farthest bedroom.

My simple solution was to buy a TP-Link WPA4220 power line kit which gave me two plug-in Ethernet connections and a Wireless access point.   Works fine for four devices at the same time. Bought another extender to guarantee wired distant laptop for zoom meetings

Cost about £35 from John Lewis or Curry's.  Available for home delivery in these locked down days. Note you get one connecting cable in the box but if you want to cable to your TV (even more reliable) then buy another.
