@vertex1 Your results do not make much sense, to be honest. The download/upload speeds suggest - to me - that you are on an 80/20 FTTC connection, but the download suggests there is a fault. If you can get 16.2 on upload, your download should be in the 60/70 range.

If you don't understand the results post a screen image of the results after hiding your details.

It shows you should be getting between 80 and 65.2 down and 20 to 17.4 up.

Interesting. Thanks. Im happy with the speed TBH, it was more the security that I was concerned with. But, after reading the posts, seems like I should be worries about the reverse!

Thanks , but I dont have that screen. I have a Plusnet One hub. Ive looked all over for Technical Log and similar, but cant see it
