@vertex1 Your results do not make much sense, to be honest. The download/upload speeds suggest - to me - that you are on an 80/20 FTTC connection, but the download suggests there is a fault. If you can get 16.2 on upload, your download should be in the 60/70 range.

... or that the speed test was done over WiFi or via powerline adaptors ?  (which would also explain the 43.6 ms latency)
