Switching from BT

Hi, i am at present with BT on their ADL2+ connection using a Vigor 120 modem connected to my Asus RT-AC86U router with the merlin firmware ( for VPN services), if i transfer to Plusnet ADSL will it just be a case of changing the routers Wan page username/password from BT to Plusnet?
