Setting up 2.4ghz for smart plugs

Hello all

I have just set up my full fibre however I now need my smart plugs to work and they only work on 2.4ghz. I can't see where to split the 2.4 and 5 and wondered who can help please? the plugs are not picking up the wifi while in the current mode.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Setting up 2.4ghz for smart plugs

You can't split the frequencies if the PN router. one of its downfalls.. I think you can turn off 5ghs, then connect your slower items, then turn it back on again.

@Meatballs_100 You need to temporarily disable the 5ghz channel whilst setting up the smart plugs - see attached image - and then re-enable it once they are working.

Thank you. I thought that might be the case. I will do them all at the weekend.
