Separating 5GHz from 2.4GHz - sync option missing?

I'm trying to set my 5GHz and 2.4GHz wifi channels as separately named networks, so as to sort high and low traffic devices appropriately.

However, the advice i've seen so far all says 'enter Advanced wireless settings, and turn off syncing of networks'. I may be blind to the obvious, but i cannot see the relevant toggle.

It can’t be done on the Hub2.

Oh. Well then. That's a shame.
