Several weeks ago I raised a ticket with the PlusNet help desk for getting the latest firmware pushed to my Hub One router. It was passed around from team to team, and I chased it a few times.
The ticket has not been resolved and annoyingly has now auto-closed!!
How to I arrange to get the latest firmware onto it please?
It's still on the factory version (Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.237.2.2 Last updated Unknown).
