Plusnet supplied router playing up

One of my referees has a problem with thier plusnet router.

Tthe internet drops, the blue light goes green, then starts flashing, then the blue light reappears as does the internet.  What does this mean?

If it's green and not orange, then it sounds like the router is rebooting.
Can you get the logs?

No I can't, the router is 150 miles away.

The landline is working but the internet keeps dropping in and out and the plusnet router goes through the green light, flashing light, blue light routine at the same time.

Router isn't that old but could it be faulty?

Just been told that the flashing light is ornage.

Is there an online manual anywhere.

Click Help on right corner of the Hub One home page that is the user guide, the light meanings are towards the end.

Hi Lauren.

I did the HELP txt message broadband fault thing and Plusnet reset their end and my referee switched everything off and back on and things have been stable since.
