Open reach vs plus net

I haven’t had any internet since Sunday - plus net said it was a line fault so booked an open reach engineer. They came this morning and have said it’s the router (Hub1) ? Anyone got an advise what to do next

OpenReach engineers (a few of them) always blame the Hub/router - saves them having to do much. What lights are what colour?

Re: Open reach vs plus net

@KatieGrace95 is the light solid orange ?

If so then call Plusnet back and tell them what the engineer said.

As @jab1 says , its likely not the router , its probably a network issue but the normal procedure will be for Plusnet to send out a new router just in case. When that doesnt work , they'll get Openreach out again...

So, you have solid orange on LED1 and LED2 - is that correct? What does it say on your screen if you select this page from your Hubs display:

@KatieGrace95

Is the 'b' light solid or flashing

flashing means there is no broadband signal

solid means the broadband username and password pair are wrong.
