Link to Royal Mail to return my old plusnet hub onerouter

I followed the link through to R M to print a label to return as I have been requested to do but having filled in the  form and clicked on the link to make a label. Nothing happens.  Am I dong something wrong ?  Have others had the same thing happen?

I tried this link it looked to be working :

https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/2886

[edit] It did work I now have an email with a QR code attached for the Post Office to print the label
and also attached a PDF will a full Pre Paid Postage label to print and attach to a package.

Is your printer switched on/connected?

Well it clearly doesn't work for me !  I have checked my spam and nothing in my emails!  For some reason the !" create a label" button doesn't do anything.  I put in my postal address as found on the drop down link but it leaves the top line blank - very odd!

It worked for me in Firefox.   The email arrived quite promptly.

Re: Link to Royal Mail to return my old plusnet hub onerouter

I found I had to have two attempts at getting it to accept the address. If it doesn't accept that, then it won't generate either the label print option, or the email.

Success - but only when I went straight to Royal Mail and did it through them.  The form via the Plusnet link did not work again today!
