new sim only account

hi i have today signed up for a sim only deal, everything went through ok until the payment screen which seemed to time out.

I got a notification from my bank that the initial payment has been taken but nothing from Plusnet.

I'm sorry to hear that's happened. If the account has failed to generate then you will receive an automatic refund to your bank account within the next 5-7 working days or so. If you'd like to send me a Private Message with the following details attached, I'd be happy to check if an account was created or not.


 - Your Mobile Number
 - Your Full Name (And whether or not you're the account holder)
 - Your Full Address (Including Postcode)
 - Your Date of Birth
 - The last 2 digits of the sort code and account number from the direct debit details used to pay the bill
