haven't been upgraded yet

hello, i upgraded on 02/05/25 from FF300 to FF500 (both the same price), but i am still showing 300. i have had a contract summery but that is it.

Hey @agb1

I have reviewed your account and can confirm that we sent the pre-contract summary on the 2nd, as you mentioned. However, it appears that nothing was agreed upon after we sent that summary, and no orders were placed. I can see that you have since resubmitted the order, and everything is now in motion for the upgrade.
