Waiting

My original order was on 19 September.  No router. And connection date for fibre is 10 October.  This is twice as long as I was expecting to get fully connected.  Disappointed. I need to make international calls on video daily.

Am I the most unlucky customer? The router arrived. No connection. Second router arrived still no connection. Waiting for An expert to call
