I changed over from Sky broadband to Plusnet mid August and very much regret doing so.
Ever since the change over my broadband speeds have been slow or non existent, I've tried on
several occasions to call Plusnet support but either been advised I would be on hold for over thirty
minutes or to try later ( some support ! )
I decided to try upgrading to fibre and made the upgrade payment online, I've heard nothing since,
I don't know when I might get it or if I'll get it or anything !!!!

Loss total faith in plusnet how can Which recommend them I have cancelled my subscription to Which because of plusnet 10 months and counting to do the same with plusnet worst than Sky and that's saying something.

The quickest way to get this sorted is to speak to the live chat team online at: www.plus.net/contact there may still be a wait but at least you can get on with other things while you wait. Alternatively hang in there and one of the plusnet CRT's will review this for you and give you an update on your order.
