I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for an phone engineer's appointment date despite having paid 12 months upfront and given an initial date of 12th September. The text and emails received only tell me there's been a delay to the order for the telephone service. Has anyone else here waited this long? I would have expected a more detailed explanation on what the delay is at least.
Anyone have any idea how long it takes from paying 12 months upfront to actually getting any sort of service? Texts and emails telling me there's a delay just isn't adequate. This is very poor customer service!!
