I recently ordered an upgrade to Plusnet Unlimited Fibre. This is apparently completed today but the Service Notes on my account seem to talk about "21C Network".
- Has the required product been applied?
- Will speeds improve to those expected in www.dslchecker.bt.com after a couple of days' training period?
- Also, should I reconnect my router daily for a few days like I did with ADSL?
