Upload speed

Hi.  Last week I upgraded my service to Unlimited Fibre Extra.  However my speed still seems to be the same for both upload and download.  2Mb/s and 38Mb/s.   How long does the change usually take to complete?

Should be within 24 hours so it looks like it hasn't happened. PlusNet will probably blame customer service agent error or ordering system automation failure which are amongst their most common excuses for poor service.Wink

Thanks for the reply.  Is it likely someone from PlusNet will pick this up from here, or is it better if I contact their support team direct?

I contacted the Plusnet support desk.  They have escalated it to Openreach.

Hi Martin.

 

It looks like the regrade order didn't make it over to our suppliers. I can see we've put it through yesterday and your service is due to upgrade tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
