Change email password after migration

I am trying to change my email password but not having much success. I first tried on the Greenby website using a password reset email but all that seemed to do as change my Greenby login password. I then changed my Plusnet broadband password which in the past before migration would also change the email password but that also hasn't worked. I have found another setting in the Greenby email settings which asks for current and new password but this is not accepting my current email password so cant change it. I am now at a bit of a loss as to what to do next so any help would be much appreciated.

Have you tried changing the email password when logged in to My Greenby rather when you are logged using Webmail?

All I see in My Greenby is New password and Confirm new password.

From the My Greenby landing page click on ->Email.

You'll see a list of you email addresses, select the password you want to change by clicking the three dots at the end of the line.
