Upgrade to Fibre delay

Hi,
I ordered an upgrade from ADSL to Fibre on 8th February and received an email confirmation stating that the upgrade would take place on 15th February. The new router arrived on 18th February but the upgrade has not yet happened. Please could someone let me know the current status of this?

Broadband just went down for about 10 minutes, back online now with FTTC. Turns out I just needed to wait one more day!

I'm glad to see your fibre upgrade has gone through in the end!
