1571 not removed


I attempted to switch 1571 off for my account a couple of months ago. It seems it was never actioned and my account is stuck in limbo. For one reason or another, I've not got around to following this up before, however, now it has come to renewal time and I can't do that without having the 1571 removal processed.

Also, the details on my account are showing that I ordered Call Protect. My recollection is that I didn't tick that.

Can someone help me out with this please?
