I have recently signed up to Plusnet but have received an email saying Plusnet has confirmed I have cancelled my order for Home Phone when I haven't done so.
As part of the package I chose also includes the Unlimited UK and Mobile Calls am not sure why or how this has happened so could somebody please investigate this?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Please disregard the above. Apparently the problem was already in the process of being resolved by the backroom crew at Plusnet 😊
Now have confirmation via email from Plusnet that all is proceeding to plan.
