Upgrade to Fibre Extra

Good morning,

 

I upgraded my package from bog standard broadband to fibre extra with unlimited calls and new router back on 28 August with a change over today (7 September) since then nothing further heard and no router has dropped through my letter box.

 

How do I find out what has happened to my order?

Spoke to customer services today, switch over is now on Friday.
