I signed up last month for plusnet broadband which claimed to come with a cash back reward card. I haven't heard anything about claiming this. Could a member of the help team follow up on this for me? thanks
This seems to be quite a common occurrence as I had to contact customer services about my reward card and also previously for my mother in law. I think it is a way of not paying out and hope you forget about it. Got them eventually but you need to raise a complaint.
