Installs still going ahead?

I’m due to have Plusnet installed today, engineer is due between 8am and 1pm. No sign of them yet. I’ve been trying to get hold of Plusnet all week to see if it’s still going ahead, and if I need to take any special precautions (and also if they are), I’m yet to get any sort of reply tho. I don’t mind if it’s cancelled, completely understand if they do, if anything I’ve been expecting it to be cancelled. It’s the not knowing that’s irritating me now, they aren’t replying to emails, social media and phone calls just seem to be on hold forever. I know it’s a long shot, I’ve only just stumbled upon this sub, but anyone know if Plusnet are still doing installs at the moment? Cheers! Smiley
