Upgrade To Full Fibre 500

Hi,

I am currently on Unlimited Fibre Extra inc. Line rental & will hopefully be upgraded to Full Fibre 500 on the 10th August.I have recieved an email to say i will be paying £47 p/m which was'nt the price stated when i upgraded (online).I have also recieved an email which states "Because you're moving your phone before the end of your minimum term, you will be subject to early termination charges. These have been calculated at £173.37." I was'nt sure if i would incur charges for the phone line rental (which i know i will lose along with my number) which is my main question but would also like an answer on the online upgrade price aswell please & thank-you.

@Deeppan  Message #13 of this thread confirms this is a Plusnet system error, there are no early termination charges.

The incorrect price is also an error the email shows the out of contract price. See message #10 here ...

If Plusnet got their systems working properly it would save so many queries and complaints from confused customers.😫
