Upgrade to full fibre - leaving notification

Hi all
I’ve recently started the upgrade process to Full Fibre, installation due 6th September. I’ve been getting emails and letters from Plusnet saying “sorry I’m leaving”. I assume this is just an oversight?

My concern is that in the letter it says I will lose my static IP Address but as I understood things this would be retained. Should I just be ignoring this correspondence?

In a word, @richminust - yes. Ignore them - as usual the FTTC - FTTP(Full  Fibre) transfer route has not been thought through. You will not lose the static IP.
