Hi! I switched over to Plusnet from Virgin 2 weeks ago. Virgin haven't sent me a final bill and are claiming no knowledge of the switch completing (it very much has) 🤦🏻
Did you use the One Touch Switching method?
Yes - gave Plusnet all my info
If you did use the industry standard OTS system - which still isn't clear to me - then this is another example of Virgin's inability to process such switches correctly. You will need to sort it with them.
I'd be pretty sure that Plusnet do all transfers using the OTS system
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
