Can I change the delivery address for the router

Hi,

Am I able to amend the delivery address for my router to my current address? As there won’t be anyone at my new address the few days before to accept the delivery.

@Lockersv Yes you can amend the delivery address - just call Customer Support. When are you expecting it?

As @jab1 stated, you can get it redirected, but it should fit in a standard size letterbox.

Hello there. Is there any update on your delivery address change? I have the same concern that delivery will arrive at my new address before we transfer and no one will receive the package. 

Please keep updated; it will be extremely helpful.

@ricopuertojireh If you wish to arrange a redirection for your router delivery, you need to contact contact Plusnet Support personally.

I don't know the actual size but the Router will fit though a standard letter box with no signature required.

Do i need to call them asap, or wait for an email update regarding my order and order status as mentioned in the email i received?

my concern is maybe it will arrive earlier than expected. I still dont have the key of the house, I cant confirm if its inside, or safe or what so ever.. I just have that thought in my mind.

When are you due to move, @ricopuertojireh ? If you don't have a confirmed installation date, you may find you have moved before the installation is confirmed. Which service have you ordered?

The hubs are despatched RM24 Tracked to arrive 2/3 days prior to a confirmed installation.

end of the month. I put the same date of our transfer and date of activation  (i think its a bad idea :D)

if they can deliver it the same day, then its fine.. but if they send it like a week before, then no one will be there..

Which service are you taking? As  I said, the Hubs are despatched to arrive 2/3 days before a confirmed installation/activation date.

then i think it will be fine if 2 days before.. if indeed it will fit in standard letter box..   thank you for that. ill check the delivery status to keep me updated.. will post here what happen
