Plusnet send out their hubs by first class post to hopefully arrive a day or two before your service is programmed to go live. These are packaged to fit through a standard letter box.
There are no tracking numbers.

I can see that there was wrong address set up once account was created so all routers were send to this address.
I have corrected this on your account and arranged router to be sent with correct details which you have provided on 5th of June.
Help me to cancel my contract i am fed up of your system.
