Router

I have not received my router more than 2 weeks already. And they didn’t give any tracking number. And they keep promising.
Im waiting nothing. Can anyone help me.

@junromero  Welcome to the forum.

Plusnet send out their hubs by first class post to hopefully arrive a day or two before your service is programmed to go live. These are packaged to fit through a standard letter box.

There are no tracking numbers.

Sorry to hear that.

 

I can see that there was wrong address set up once account was created so all routers were send to this address.

I have corrected this on your account and arranged router to be sent with correct details which you have provided on 5th of June.

Hi I want to cancel my contract. Until now they keep email me that my router its on the way. And I just received an email and they just picked up this morning.
Help me to cancel my contract i am fed up of your system.

I assume that you are aware that you have two weeks from when you signed up to Plusnet, not from the 'go live' date, to cancel unless you are willing to pay heavy cancellation charges?
